Taiwanese Aborigine Song "Go to the Mountain, Go to the Seas" (上山下海)

I'm trying to find some other Taiwanese aborigine songs. I think this is a song by the Amis tribe or the sea people. I believe the Amis are descended from the seafaring Indonesians and Malaysians. The song's aboriginal song and melody are rather enchanting. Maybe, an Ifugao or an Igorot scholar would be able to decode this wonderful song.

If only the Philippines would show more respect to the indigenous tribes. It's a sad fact that Ifugaos would need to go to Taiwan to learn their weaving culture (read here). These natives (who I believe are Malay and Indos) get more appreciation than the Filipino indigenous people.

Why the OLDER Japanese Constitution is Better Than the Philippine Constitution

Philippine Japanese Journal Some advocates against charter change often cite that some countries have an older constitution. One example is the USA. The other example, surprise for some, myself included, is Japan. Some may say that a new constitution isn't needed because some countries have an older constitution. However, reading through the Constitution of Japan and comparing it with the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines , one can think about quality over quantity. The Philippines had changed its constitution from 1935, to 1973 (which I believe was illegal), and the 1987 version (which sprang out of a desperate need). I recommend reading both links that I just sent, to understand my point! Can a shorter vs. longer constitution be the reason? However, we need to look at how the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf happened. If we look at the fable, we need to look at the systemic error in the story. It's easy to talk about the boy and getting what he deserves. However, we need to look at the story and see what went wrong, not just with the boy but also the system itself.
